SPEAR’s Homeless Health Link Service Evaluation Tender

SPEAR recently secured three year continuation funding for the delivery of our Homeless Health Link service in Richmond and Kingston from the National Lottery Community Fund. We are seeking proposals to undertake an evaluation which aims to understand the impact of our Homeless Health Link service on people sleeping rough and healthcare professionals.

We particularly welcome proposals from organisations with experience in:

    • Evaluating health and/or homelessness related interventions
    • Working with confidential client data

Our winter appeal

Currently 4,780 people are reported as rough sleeping in London – a dangerous increase of 18% from last year. SPEAR is a lifeline to those in our community who need a place to call home; individuals like Shane who we’ve supported from homelessness to independence.
